Applying online is easy! Visit our floor plans page. Choose the apartment you’re interested in and navigate to the application to submit your information.
We strive to answer each and every maintenance request as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team of experienced technicians work hard to ensure everything in your apartment is functioning properly. Making a maintenance request is as easy as signing into your resident service portal to detail your issue. You can then track the progress of your requests in the portal and easily communicate with our leasing staff.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at Alexander Place.
At Alexander Place, it’s easy to make rent payments online through our resident service portal. Once you create an account, you can simply sign on to view your balance and make a timely payment.
